Booking & pricing

• A 50% deposit is due within five days of confirmation to hold your date.
• All weekday bookings get 20% off.
• Events needing ticket collecting, line control or side walkers: $20 per hour for each extra staff member.
• Bookings more than 30 miles from the farm include a travel fee.
• If there's lightning, a tornado, hail or high winds during your event, we cancel and refund you.

Rider safety

• All riders wear helmets (we provide them), closed-toe shoes, and have a current activity waiver signed by a legal guardian.
• Parents who walk alongside need closed-toe shoes and a signed waiver too.
• Tell us riders' approximate ages so we bring the right size horse and saddle. Some horse and saddle combos have rider weight limits.
• We always bring the safest available horse for the job.
• We may decline a ride for safety reasons, such as a frightened rider, rider weight, unsafe footwear or other hazards.

Your riding path

• Grass or dirt only. Rock and pavement can hurt the horses' hooves.
• The best path is about 200 feet long with as few sharp turns as possible; turns can unnerve new riders.
• Keep the path clear of trip hazards, wires, loose animals, unsupervised children, fireworks, gunfire and other obstacles above or below ground.
• We aren't responsible for wear on landscaping or property.

Arrival & setup

• We arrive 1 hour before to set up and need 1 hour after to pack up.
• Please have a firm area for our truck and trailer (up to 14,000 lbs). Street parking with room to turn around is best.
• We need a 10 × 25 ft staging area for the mounting block, fence, table and booth.
• We may bring an extra horse for breaks or different rider sizes. It needs a grassy 10 × 10 ft spot; we bring our own fencing or tie-out stake.
