CrossEyed Rides LLC is a family-run horse ride and pony party business in Greenville, Texas, serving Hunt County and nearby towns. This policy explains what information we collect through crosseyedrides.com, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question, call or text 903.328.5223 or email CrossEyedRides@outlook.com.
Booking requests. When you ask us to check a date, we receive your name, phone number, email, event date, type of event, town, number of riders and their ages, and anything else you type in the message box.
Activity waivers. When you sign a waiver, we receive the parent or guardian's full name, date of birth, email and mobile phone; the names and dates of birth of each child riding; a photo of your driver's license or state ID; any notes you share about your child (such as allergies, special needs or fears); your helmet choice; and your typed signature. The form also records the date, time, page address and your device's IP address so we have a reliable record of when and where the waiver was signed.
Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
If you click Accept All on our cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (city or region) and what kind of device they use. If you click Deny, Google Analytics does not set its cookies.
• Consent cookie (necessary): remembers whether you accepted or denied cookies so the banner doesn't keep appearing.
• _ga and _ga_Q0QCYDXT9H (analytics, only if you accept): set by Google Analytics to tell visits apart. They last up to two years.
• __cf_bm (functional): a short-lived security cookie (about 30 minutes) set by Cloudflare on the service that runs our cookie banner, to filter out bots.
You can change your choice at any time: change cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• To answer your booking request, confirm details and plan your event.
• To bring the right horse and saddle and keep every rider safe.
• To keep a signed record of each activity waiver, including for insurance or legal purposes.
• To email you a copy of the waiver you signed.
• To understand how the website is used and make it better (only with your consent).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information only with the services that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed:
• Our website host stores the website and its database.
• Elementor (Site Mailer) delivers the emails our forms send and keeps a delivery log. Elementor also provides our cookie banner and accessibility tools.
• Microsoft Outlook is our business email inbox, where booking requests and waivers arrive.
• Google Analytics receives usage information, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Trustindex displays our Google reviews on the site. Reviewer names and photos are loaded from Google.
• Our web design agency, EffectMedia, receives copies of form submissions so they can make sure the forms are working.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with our insurer or attorney if needed to handle a claim.
Booking requests are kept in our email for as long as they're useful for planning and follow-up. Signed waivers, including the ID photo attached to the waiver email, are kept for as long as we may need them for insurance or legal purposes. A copy of each waiver's form entries (not the ID photo) is also saved in our website's database. Google Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings for our account.
Our website is meant for parents, guardians and event planners. We only collect information about children when a parent or legal guardian provides it on a booking request or activity waiver. Children should not use our forms themselves. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by calling, texting or emailing us. We may need to keep a signed waiver even if you ask us to delete it, when we have a legal or insurance reason to keep it, and we'll tell you if that's the case. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the cookie settings link.
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think something is wrong.
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
